Ramble on...

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of moving some of my themes/skins to this site although I don't want to flood the categories with new submissions. Is there a way I can upload them exclusively to my personal page and avoid them being listed as "This Just In"?

Thanks in advance!

There is a checkbox on the upload page for Personal Page only.

Isn't there an option to just load to your personal page at the upload page?

Thanks guys!
Yeah, duuhhhh, I must have overlooked the checkbox. Now I feel like I need to put on the Dunce Hat...

I say go ahead and flood the new-in list. It'll only be filled with your items until the next batch of bootskins and screenshots are added, and then your (fantastic!) stuff will be visible to everyone in the appropriate gallery.

Can't do that...I got A-L-O-T of stuff and everyone else works hard on their skins so they all deserve a good, fair showing...

I'll wear it proudly, Sir Bichur...

If what you have to upload is as good as what you have here already, then it deserves to be in the 'just in' list.

Uploading to you personal page only will deprive the public of your fine work. Go public instead!

I believe I'll stick with the original plan, my friend, no sense in risking an atmosphere of resentment where it can be avoided...
And thanks for the vote of confidence in my art. I try to consistantly maintain the appropriate mechanics of creating a skin although the graphical aspects are strictly in the eyes of the beholder...what I think looks nice may look terrible to someone else...and vise versa.

somebody needs to take the 'this just in' back from screenshots!

Hey Navgatsio,

I am the Animation Department Coordinator at Leapfrog, in the Emeryville California based educational toy company. We create animated content for 4 game platforms (handheld, TV console games, and DVD) that focus on children ages 2-10 years. We are hiring for a UI Designer. I am inquiring about your availability and interest in working with us.

I found a lot of your work on windows blinds and would love to see examples of your work via email and or portfolio website along with a digital copy of your resume to review at droose@leapfrog.com. Be sure to include your resume in your online applications submission as well.

I encourage you to apply through our Jobs section on our website. Due to new Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program guidelines implemented earlier this year, we at LeapFrog, are required to comply with new record-keeping and data-gathering procedures. Please follow this link to: http://jobs.leapfrog.com. You will be asked to submit the resume and link to the appropriate job. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Thanks,
Daniel Roose
